Nustrini, Luciano

Nustrini, Luciano (1929-1999) – This Italian architect designed this stool for Poltronova. With this design he was nominated, in 1957, for the Industrial Design Award “Compasso d’Oro” (Golden compass). The idea for this award was originally initiated by Gio Ponti and Alberto Rosselli in 1954. The stool is made of plywood with a tubular steel frame. H.: 55 cms. Depth: 41 cms. Width: 45 cms. Period: 1957. Condition: Good considering age.
